Prime Minster Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has made public the contents of the letter written to Russian President, Vladimir Putin.
The Prime Minister read the letter on NBC Radio this morning.
The Prime Minister’s letter also states that world opinion is against the Russian Government’s Special Military Operation.
