MR ANDREW PHILLIP DOUGAN better known as BOLO of Park Hill and Colonarie died on Tuesday April 4th at the age of 56. The funeral takes place on Saturday April 22nd at the Park Hill Evangelical church. The body lies at the church from 12:30pm. The Service begins at 1:30. Burial will be at the Park Hill Cemetery.
