Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has announced that Kingdom of Morocco will be offering 20 full scholarships to Vincentians.
The Prime Minister made the announcement during an address to the nation this morning.
The Prime Minister also noted that they signed road map with money resources which would be made public.
