Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves has been commended for his work on the global stage.
Ambassador Fan made the statement while speaking at a ceremony on Friday where thirty tree Vincentians received the Taiwan International Co-operation and Development Fund (ICDF) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) scholarships to pursue tertiary studies in Taiwan.
