The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Meteorological Service is reminding members of the public that the country is now into the peak period of the 2023 Atlantic Hurricane season.
This statement was made by Meteorological Officer, Gregory Cato during the Face to Face program aired on NBC Radio this morning.
Mr. Cato said the peak period which commenced yesterday September 10th is normally the busiest time for tropical storms and hurricanes during the season as he reminded people about weather systems which have affected the country thus far.
He is also appealing to people to remain vigilant during the Hurricane season.
