Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has extended congratulations to President Nicholas Maduro on his election victory last night.
Dr. Gonsalves who is in Grenada for the CARICOM Conference of Heads Summit said he already sent the message of congratulation to the relevant authorities in Venezuela.
