The National Telecommunication and Regulatory Commission (NTRC) is carrying out a survey to better understand the Information and Communication Technology needs of Vincentians.
In an interview with NBC News , Public Relations Manager at the NTRC Rhea Lewis said the exercise is part of the NTRC’s biannual survey.
She said unlike previous years, this year, the survey can be done online.
