Dietitian attached to the Nutrition Unit in the Ministry of Health, Melodie Hercules is advising Vincentians about the harm in overindulging in alcohol this Christmas season.
While speaking on NBC Radio, Hercules said excessive alcohol consumption during the holidays can have negative effects on health.
