The government of St Vincent and the Grenadines is rolling out an 81-million-dollar program to go paperless in government services.
Speaking on the radio yesterday, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves says the Caribbean Digital Transformation Project program builds on the investment in building out the internet backbone.
