MS ELOUISE ELIZABETH MATTHEWS better known as THORPEE and MOTHER BETH of Ottley Hall died on Monday January 6th at the age of 70. The funeral takes place on Sunday February 2nd at the St. Joseph’s Spiritual Baptist Church, Town Hill. The body lies at the church from 9:00 am. The service begins at 10:00 am. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
