Former Parliamentarian, Luke Browne has made another call for the late Robert Milton Cato to be named a National Hero in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Browne made the call while delivering a lecture on the Political Leadership and Legacy of Robert Milton Cato, at Frenches House last night.
Browne said Cato made a significant contribution to the development of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Browne described Cato as treasure of the country’s civilization.
