MRS LOUISA BAILEY better known as LUCY SAMUEL of Fountain died on Wednesday July 16th at the age of 99. The funeral takes place on Sunday August 17th at the Fountain Seventh Day Adventist church. The body lies at the church from 1pm. The Service begins at 2:00. Burial will be at the Fountain Cemetery
