A call has been made for local creatives to move beyond treating their craft as a hobby and begin operating as businesses.
The call came from Chief Executive Officer of the Carnival Development Corporation, Rodney Small, during the Tourism Stakeholders Conference on Monday.
Small said the cultural and creative industries play a critical role in national development.
