The Government has major plans in place for the further transformation of capital Kingstown.
Speaking at a media conference hosted by the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Port Authority yesterday, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves said the transformation will begin early next year.
He spoke particularly of plans to develop Rose Place.
