MR LEROY ANDREW FAIRBAIN better known as DUMMIE of Lowmans Hill died on Wednesday October 15th at the age of 67. The funeral takes place on Saturday November 1st at the Apostolic Faith Mission church, Lowmans Hill. The body lies at the church from 10am. The Service begins at 11:00. Burial will be at the Lowmans Hill Cemetery.
