MR CHESLEY OTTLEY better known as CHEZ of Belmont died on Friday October 31st. The funeral takes place on Sunday November 23rd at the Belmont Seventh Day Adventist Church. The body lies at the church from 12:30 pm. The service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Belmont Cemetery.
