MR NOEL WINSTON NICHOLLS better known as BOB and FREAKER of Belair and Belmont died on Tuesday January 20th at the age of 65. The funeral takes place on Saturday January 31st at the Fountain Gospel Hall Church. The body lies at the church from 11:00 am. The service begins at noon. Burial will be at the Belair Cemetery.
