The Department of Culture says arrangements have been finalized for the hosting of the Annual Wreath-Laying Ceremony, to take place at the Obelisk at Dorsetshire Hill tomorrow, to commemorate National Heroes Day.
The ceremony is held each year to celebrate the life of Paramount Chief, Joseph Chatoyer, National Hero of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
