MRS ELLA MARGARITHE PAYNE better known as MAMA PAYNE of Colonarie died on Friday March 20th at the age of 92. The funeral takes place on Saturday April 18th at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Belle Vue. The body lies at the church from noon. The service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Colonarie Cemetery.
