The Youlou Arts Foundation has announced plans to host the second Annual Volcano Festival next month.
Founder of the Youlou Arts Foundation, Camille Saunders Musser says the Foundation will collaborate with Vincy Writers to host the event.
Mrs. Saunders-Musser is encouraging the public to support the volcano festival
