Legislation is now in place to give Public Officers better financial protection, following the passage of Pensions Amendment Bill in Parliament last week.
Contributing to debate on the Bill, Prime Minister Dr. the Hon Godwin Friday noted that the pensionable age has seen continued adjustments from 2016.
Dr. Friday explained why the amendment was necessary.
