The Traffic Department of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force recorded six motor vehicle accidents, on the weekend, one of which was fatal.
This was disclosed by Constable Valdes Sampson, during NBC’s Traffic Highlights programne today.
Constable Sampson said the victim is Sherefa Clouden-Gonsalves a 34 year old Teacher of Richmond Hill.
Constable Sampson said an investigation is being carried out into the circumstances surrounding the accident..
He said with the re-opening of the new school year scheduled soon, motorists should ensure their vehicles are properly maintained.
