The Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Commission has joined in celebrating this country’s 47th Anniversary of Independence.
In an address, Director General of the OECS Commission, Dr. Didacus Jules said St. Vincent and the Grenadines has much to reflect upon with immense pride.
