The Caribbean Farmers’ Network (CAFAN) said it is continuing to make progress with the marketing of root crops from St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the wider Caribbean region.
Chief Coordinator of CAFAN, Jethro Greene, said this is the result of an intensive marketing campaign designed to advance the region’s agricultural sector.
Mr. Greene tells NBC News that tremendous opportunities are in store for local farmers.
