Police are investigating the death of a man whose lifeless body was found lying in the Colonarie River on Sunday.

The dead man has been identified as 19 year old Nicholas Dougan; unemployed of Colonarie.
Police say he had a history of epilepsy and foul play is not suspected in his death.

A postmortem examination is expected to be performed on the body soon.
