The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police defeated ED Laynes 2-1 yesterday in the Firms Senior Division of the Digicel/St. Vincent Brewery/Aeropost Breakaway Firms Invitational Football Championships at the Grammar School Playing Field.
Kenroy Williams and Anesley Lockhart scored for the RSVG Police
ED Laynes’ goal was scored by Diego Sutherland.
Also yesterday, CK Greaves and ECGC played to a one all draw. Alex Peters scored for CK Greaves, while Mozario Matthews netted for ECGC.
On Saturday, a Sebastian Forde goal gave Combined Banks a 1-nil victory over Customs and Finance and Toni Combined Stores played to a nil-nil draw.
At 4:35 pm today in the Firms Senior Division, the Ministry of Education and Fisheries will play against each other also at the Grammar School Playing Field.
