Police are now investigating the circumstances surrounding two shooting in West Kingstown.
Shot is 35-year-old labourer Dexter Rodney. Mr. Rodney was shot in his abdomen and right hand during an incident, which occurred around midday yesterday. He was taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital, where he underwent surgery, and subsequently died.
And earlier this week, Dennis Quinton a small shop proprietor was shot at around 8:30 on Tuesday evening. Mr. Quinton was reportedly at his shop in New Montrose when several gunshots were heard.
Upon checking, neighbours discovered his body at his shop, in a pool of blood with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital, where he underwent surgery. Mr. Quinton subsequently died.
