Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has described the opposition New Democratic Party’s 2015 Manifesto as “underwhelming”.
While the NDP is yet to officially launch its election manifesto, the party has made available an electronic version of the document.
However, while speaking at the distribution of lands at Dubois last Friday Prime Minister Gonsalves says the manifesto is underwhelming and is nothing but a document filled with personal agendas.
