Vincentian Athlete, Brandon Valentine-Parris established a new National record for the 200-metres Indoors’ at the Emory CROSS-PLEX Invitational Meet in Alabama, USA.
Valentine-Parris who was competing for CLA-FLIN University at the meet, won the race in 21.48 seconds to eclipse the old mark of 21.70 seconds set by Fitz-Allen Cricket in January, 2002.
Valentine-Parris also recorded a time of 6.97 seconds in the 60-metres Final to place 4th and record the fastest time so far this year foe a Vincentian.
