St. Vincent and the Grenadines will see significant benefits for the tourism sector with lands being sold at Mount Wynne/Peters Hope.
Two parcels of land, over 31 and five acres respectively were agreed upon for sale for a project which will see the construction of 50 residential villas on the ridge between Mount Wynne and the Peters Hope.
Prime Minister, Dr. Ralph Gonsalves said St. Vincent and the Grenadines will gain revenue of seven million dollars with the sale of these lands to Canadian-based Company, Pace Movement.
