MR IAN SPENCER better known as FAT MAN of Ottley Hall died on Wednesday January 25th at the age of 47. The funeral takes place this Afternoon, Wednesday March 1st at the Kingstown Chapel at 4:00pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
