Project Engineer for the Volcano Eruption Emergency Project, VEEP, Nerissa Fergus has highlighted the challenges involved in installing the two Bailey Bridges at Overland and Noel.
Miss Fergus was providing an overview of the project during the official opening of the Bridges on Thursday.
Miss Fergus explained that some adjustments had to be made to address the challenges arising from flash floods.
