The National Independence Committee is preparing to kick off a program of activities today dubbed Vibe Out which is aimed at bringing Vincentians together through Sports and Entertainment.
Esworth Roberts, a Member of the National Independence Committee told NBC News, the Vibe Out program is important as they want to see Unity among Vincentians for the Independence celebrations and beyond.
