MR NORMANIE JASON DUNCAN of Owia died on Sunday February 2nd at the age of 19. The funeral takes place on Sunday March 16th at the Owia Seventh Day Adventist Church. The body lies at the church from 11:00 am. The service begins at noon. Burial will be at the Owia Cemetery.
