There has been a noticeable improvements of the components of carnival for Vincy Mas
That’s according to Chairman of the Carnival Development Corporation Ricardo Adams.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, Adams said the rural carnivals have had a very good season, in pushing some of these components of carnival to the forefront.
Adams also commended the calypso tents for having a high quality preliminary round.
