The Carnival Development Corporation (CDC) will be seeking to enhance the staging of Rural Carnivals next year.
That’s according to Chief Executive Officer of the CDC, Rodney Small.
Speaking on the Police on the Beat Programme on Monday, Small said Rural Carnival forms an integral part of Vincy Mas.
Small said the CDC will be reintroducing traditional elements to Rural Carnival next year.
