DEAN EMERITUS ULRIC LEROY SMITH of Villa died on Saturday July 5th at the age of 96. The funeral takes place on Wednesday July 16th at the St. Georges Cathedral, Kingstown. The service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the St. Georges Cathedral Church yard.
