Minister of Education, Curtis King has expressed sadness at the passing of former Educator Joye Browne.
Minister King said Ms. Browne was an outstanding member of the educational fraternity in St. Vincent and the Grenadines
Minister King said Ms Browne will also be remembered for her contribution to the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Teachers Union.
