MR VINCENT AUGUSTINE JAMES better known as PENNY and QUEST of O’Car Reform, Bequia died on Thursday August 7th at the age of 91. The funeral takes place on Saturday August 23rd at the St Mary’s Anglican Church, Port Elizabeth. The body lies at the church from 11am. The Service begins at Noon. Burial will be at Port Elizabeth Cemetery.
