St. Vincent and the Grenadines is positioning itself as a regional leader in the Cannabis Industry.
This, from Minister of Agriculture, Saboto Caesar as he addressed the launch of Cannabliss Festival 2025 on Monday.
He called for the establishment of an OECS Cannabis Industry.
The Agriculture Minister added that St. Vincent and the Grenadines possesses resources that could be used to benefit neigbouring countries.
