The number of applications for firearm licences has seen a substantial increase in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
This was revealed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Security, Hon. St. Clair Leacock on Radio yesterday.
He said while people are citing concerns about their safety, the issuance of firearm licenses will be strictly regulated.
