MRS RUBY NAOMI SAMUEL nee LYNCH better known as TANTY, R.S, MOMMY RUBY and COUSIN of Richland Park died on Sunday August 2nd at the age of 81. The funeral takes place on Sunday September 27th at the Richland Park Seventh Day Adventist Church. The viewing and tributes begin at noon. The service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Richland Park Cemetery.
