Alexander House (Yellow) and Daisley House (Red) won the Boys and Girls categories respectively of the Stubbs Government School 2013 Road Relay lastweek Thursday.
In the Boys category, Alexander House won in a time of 19 minutes, 24.24 seconds, second was Daisley House (Red) in 22 minutes, 22.10 seconds, Brereton House (Green) was third in 22 minutes, 49.47 seconds and fourth was Trotman House (Blue) in 25 minutes, 44.03 seconds.
Daisley House won the Girls category in a time of 24 minutes, 11.33 seconds, second was Brereton House in 24 minutes, 52.79 seconds, Alexander House was third in 25 minutes, 56.30 seconds. Trotman House did not complete the race after dropping out in the fourth leg.
Alexander House with 159 points leads the Standings going into next Tuesday’s 28th Athletics Championships which will be held at the Stubbs Playing Field beginning at 9 am.
Second is Daisley House with 150 points, Trotman House is third on 144 points and fourth is Brereton House on 138 points.
36-Events are scheduled for the Championships. Daisley House (Red) is the defending champion.
