Smashes of Lauders are into the Final of the Biabou Twenty/20 Cricket Championship following a nine-run win over Dr. Thomas Injectors in the first semi-final yesterday at the Biabou Playing Field.
The scores: Smashes of Lauders 117 for 9 off 20-overs; Delano Woodley 25, Zeron Harry 20, Andre Bacchus 16; Keno Matthews 4 for 25, Ronique Daniel 2 for 29.
Dr. Thomas Injectors 108 off 20-overs; Keno Matthews 20, Julian Mc Nichols 29, Kalique Peters 18; Glenford Woodley 3 for 3, Chavis Peters 2 for 18, Andre Bacchus 2 for 7.
The second semi-final will be played on Saturday December 14th between Combined Sixers and Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines All Stars at the Biabou Playing Field from 2 pm.
In the meantime…Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines All Stars beat Gairy’s Construction Simple Boys by 25 runs in Saturday’s last quarter-final match.
