INTER-SEC. SCHOOLS VOLLEYBALL OPENING

15 Schools will compete in the 2014 Ministry of Education/Q Care Inter-Secondary School Boys and Girls Volleyball Championship which opens today at the National Lotteries Authority Hard Court here at Richmond Hill in Kingstown from 11 O’ clock this morning.

Zone “A” Girls comprise of St. Joseph’s Convent Kingstown, George Stephens Secondary, Girl’s High School and Intermediate High School, while Zone “B” Girls are Georgetown Secondary School, Bethel High School and Thomas Saunders Secondary School.




Zone “A” Boys are consist of Petit Bordel Secondary, George Stephens Secondary, Bequia Community High and Intermediate High School and Zone “B” Boys Georgetown Secondary School, Bethel High School,
Thomas Saunders Secondary and Dr. JP Eustace Memorial Secondary.

The defending Girls champion is St. Joseph’s Convent Kingstown, while Georgetown Secondary School is the defending Boys champion.

Today’s matches will see Georgetown Secondary School coming up against Bequia Community High from half past eleven this morning, later at half past one this afternoon, Petit Bordel Secondary will meet Georgetown Secondary School in the Boys Division.

And in the Girls Division, Girl’s High School will meet Georgetown Secondary School from a quarter past three this afternoon at the Girl’s High School Hard Court.
