David Primus says he was on his way home from work yesterday when he learned of the incident.
He alleges that his daughter was at home when the alleged attacker came looking for a fight.
Mr. Primus says his daughter was transported to hospital by a passing truck.
He says the family is devastated by the incident and wants justice for his daughter.
