Vermont missed out on a chance to qualify for the quarter-finals of the of the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Barrouallie Football League when they were beaten one nil by Emerald Stars yesterday afternoon at the Keartons Playing Field.
Bolo Miller headed home the winning goal that sent Emerald Stars into the next stage of the League. Vermont missed two penalties.
The final match in the first round will be played at 4:30pm today between Hill View and Unlimited Strikers.
Today’s match will determine the winners of Group A.
