* The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Over-35 Masters Football Championship will get underway this evening with three matches starting at 6 O’clock at Victoria Park.

In the first match, Calliaqua will oppose SESCO, Police will meet Sion Hill and defending champions, South Leeward will play against Vintage Gold.

The Tournament was postponed from last Saturday because of the poor condition following heavy rains at the Victoria Park.

* Volcanoes FC and GECCU Awesome FC of Calliaqua will play each other in the first semi-final of the Hairoun Stubbs Football Championship at 4:30 this afternoon at the Stubbs Playing Field.

* Cato’s Heavy Equipment Strike Force and National Properties Fair Hall United played to a 1-1 draw yesterday afternoon in the COMSPORT/KPMG/Hairoun Arnos Vale Football League at Arnos Vale (2) Playing Field.

Cordice Olliver scored for Cato’s Heavy Equipment Strike Force, while Ebben Ross netted for National Properties Fair Hall United.

* At 4:30 this afternoon also at Arnos Vale (2) Playing Field, Choppins will meet Toney FC in a Group (B) match.

* Bonadie’s beat VINLEC 3-1 in yesterday afternoon’s match of the Digicel/Aeropost St. Vincent Brewery Breakaway Firms Invitational Football Championships at the Grammar School Playing Field. Two goals from Mikele Culzac and one by Jason Moses secured the victory for Bonadie’s while Jermaine Cruickshank netted the goal for VINLEC.

* At 4:30 this afternoon, CWSA and Bonadie’s will meet in a Second Round Knockout Senior Division match also at the Grammar School Playing Field.
