A consultation focusing on how to co-ordinate response efforts by the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Red Cross was held here last week.
The Red Cross Society hosted the one-day consultation at the National Emergency Management Organization Conference Room last Thursday.
The consultation was facilitated by Disaster Management Experts – Dr. Idelia Ferdinand Kathy Badnock.
Ms. Badnock, who is also Vice President of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Red Cross, outlined the objective of the consultation.
Ms. Badnock says over twenty five participants attended the Consultation, representing several Government Ministries, as well as staff and volunteers of the Red Cross.
