A Homecoming welcome ceremony was held in Barrouallie on Wednesday for NASCAR Driver, Rajah Caruth, who arrived for an official five-day visit.
The ceremony was attended by Government and Tourism Officials, Family members and residents of the area.
Delivering remarks at the event, Minister of Tourism, Dr. Hon. Kishore Shallow underscored the importance of the partnership with Rajah Caruth.
Parliamentary Representative for Central Leeward, Hon. Conroy Huggins, said it is a proud moment for residents of Barroualie.
And, Rajah Caruth had some words of advice for young people.
